True Bliss Meditation & Sound
This unique class offers a combination of meditation and savasana with the healing sound relaxation of Himalayan Singing Bowls.
It is an opportunity to take time once a week to reclaim, center and replenish yourself. A chance to receive the benefits of both meditation and the healing sound relaxation of the Himalayan Singing bowls.

Restorative Mid-Day
Meditation & Sound
Do you ever wish you could take a nice relaxing nap in the middle
of your workday? Do you ever just want to close your eyes drift away so you can take some time for self-care and nourishment? Do you just need a moment to feel centered, calm, and rested? Then this is a class for you!
Each class consists of a light warm-up, 1 minute pranayam (breath work),
3 minute meditation, 20 minute savasana with Himalayan singing bowls.
This class series meets one day each week for the entire month.
Each class in the series is 30 minutes in length and meets
Wednesdays between 12:30pm to 1:00pm.

Do you desire to take time for some self-care and nourishment?
Do you need to reset, restore and replenish yourself for the work week ahead? Are you wanting to close your eyes, connect with your authentic self, and get clarity through meditation? Then this is a class for you!
Each class consists of a warm-up, 3 minute pranayam (breath work),
11 minute meditation, 20 minute savasana with Himalayan singing bowls.
This class series meets one day a week for the entire month.
Each class in the series is 45 minutes in length and meets
Sundays between 6:00pm - 6:45PM
